Privacy Policy

Mojo Lacrosse Club — last updated August 2026.

This portal is a private, login-only tool for Mojo Lacrosse Club families, coaches, and staff. We collect only what we need to run the club, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Player info: name, date of birth, grade, team, jersey #, position, and equipment sizes.
• Parent/guardian contact info: name, relationship, email, phone, mailing address.
• Account/medical info you choose to provide: emergency contact and an optional medical card (allergies, medications, conditions, physician, insurance) used for player safety at practices and tournaments.
• Compliance records: waivers, USA Lacrosse membership #, and similar items required to play.
• Fees/payments recorded by the club, RSVPs, volunteer signups, store orders, and any photos uploaded to team galleries.

How we use it

• To build team rosters, schedules, and contact/emergency sheets.
• To communicate club and team updates (in-app, push notifications, and email you opt into).
• To order team gear in the correct sizes and track season fees.
• To keep players safe and verify eligibility to play.

Who can see it

Access is role-scoped. Coaches and team managers see only their own team(s); parents see only their own family; the club director/treasurer see club-wide info for administration. We do not share your information with outside parties except as needed to run sanctioned events (e.g. tournament registration you complete).

Children's privacy

Player records are created and managed by a parent/guardian or club staff. Minors' contact details are limited to what a parent provides. If you want a player's information reviewed, corrected, or removed, contact the club.

Photos

Team photos may be shared within the club portal and on the club's Instagram (@mojolacrosseclub). If you prefer your player not appear in shared photos, let your coach or the club know.

Communications

Transactional messages (sign-in, account, safety) are always sent. Newsletters honor opt-out — every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

You can update your family's info anytime in the app, adjust notification preferences, and request that we correct or delete your data.
